Cancellation

You may cancel your order for the goods you order at any time within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your Credit Card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

In case you have cancelled your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery,

  • You must not unpack the goods when they are received by you. Instead, you must send the goods back to us at the address (mentioned in 'Contact Us') at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
  • You need to return the goods using an insured delivery service as we cannot accept any liability for any goods that are lost or damaged during their return. Use of the returns reference number which we will provide to you on receipt of your notice to cancel your contract will speed up our ability to make the necessary refund to you.

Replacement Policy

Refunds

If you have received a damaged item OR an item you didn't order OR the wrong item, you are offered two choices -  exchange it free of charge, OR refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges (Return postage cost will be borne by us).

Please note that in case of damaged merchandise, we'll need to inspect the item upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be given. However, if the product is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Return Policy

How customer has to return, undamaged & original packing condition not tampered, who will bear the cost of return Customer has to pay the return charges.

Refund Policy

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

NOTE:

  • Refunds will be in the original form of payment
  • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
  • Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded.
  • Refund or Exchange can only be requested within 14 days of dispatch. Please note that any time after 14 days a refund cannot be accepted.
  • Appraisal Certificate, if you have received, must be also be returned with the return. In case it is not done so, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept the refund of the following:

  • Items which have been opened or abused or modified
  • All special orders made to customer specifications
  • All products modified as per customer requests
